Small Summer Wedding at a Black Canyon Inn in Estes Park, Colorado

Devin and Darren were married in the summer of 2014 at the Black Canyon Inn in Estes Park, Colorado. Although the day began beautifully, a mountain stormed rolled in just as the ceremony was beginning and the winds and rains began to roar. The wedding party and guests put on brave faces and spoke loudly though the wind. Just as the couple said I do and joined in a kiss the storm stopped, the clouds cleared, and the sun came out for the remainder of the day.

The wedding party and guest list was small and intimidate and they took advantage of the beautiful lodge grounds and the views of the surrounding Rocky Mountain National Park. A private upstairs room was reserved in the Twin Owls Restaurant and guests piled in to a rustic romantic log cabin style room for the reception. It was a beautiful, relaxed wedding and was a joy to be a part of!
