Jessica & Kris live in China, full-time, permanently. They met in China through friends, and love traveling Asia together. But she is from Denver and they wanted their wedding in the US. And I think the Denver Botanic Gardens is the most perfect wedding venue they could have chosen! The Botanic Gardens are so diverse, that from a photographer’s standpoint, they can have the feel of so many different areas of the world. We were able to choose locations that suited their different personalities and style. For the First Look, there’s almost a royalty feel in the Romantic Gardens (which worked perfectly with that stunning dress!). Family photos in the Woodland area and ceremony in the American Gardens for the American connection. Couple photos in June’s Planet Asia and the Japanese Garden to represent their love of Asia. And more couple photos by the busy Monet Pool to represent their love of traveling. Top it all off we had the most amazing sunset for photos, and then we turned around to see the most incredible moonrise. Wow! The perfect end to an amazing day for this gorgeous couple!
